Plant Medicine Integration Support for Guests of Any Center

The retreat is only part of the journey. Whether you attended a Mountain Wind retreat, a different center, or an experience from years ago, our certified integration coaches can help you make sense of it and carry it into daily life.

Certified Coaches

Every integration coach is screened and hired by Mountain Wind.

Open to Everyone

No retreat attendance required. Guests of any center are welcome.

Online Worldwide

Sessions by voice or video from wherever you are.

Free Crisis Calls

Crisis calls are always free, even if you attended another center.

Open to Everyone

Integration Support, Wherever You Attended

Not every center offers help once guests leave the property. If you came home with questions and no one to talk to, you don’t need to have joined one of our retreats to reach out.

Your Center Didn't Offer Support

Many centers can’t or don’t offer help after you leave. If you came home without anyone to talk to, you’re welcome here.

You're Processing Something From the Past

Integration doesn’t have an expiration date. Whether your experience was last month or years ago, we can start where you are.

You're Preparing for a Retreat

Integration begins when you decide to attend. Talk through your intentions and questions before you arrive.

Before, After & In Between

How Mountain Wind Integration Support Works

Our support is organized into three stages. You can use one or all of them, depending on where you are.

Preparation

Integration is a practice. Before a retreat, we help you understand your motivation and set your intention, so you arrive grounded and ready.

Post Retreat

After you return to daily life, we help you make sense of your experience and apply what you learned at your own pace.

Crisis

Plant medicine can bring up difficult feelings, memories, or tension in your relationships. If you’re struggling after an experience, you can reach us for a crisis call, always free.

Our coaches support the psychedelic experience. We are not therapists, and our support does not replace medical or mental health care. If you feel unsafe, please contact local emergency services or a licensed mental health professional.

Our Approach

Guided Questions, Not Answers

Our approach follows the framework Shane trained in at Out of the Dark Integration Academy, a program dedicated exclusively to psychedelic integration coaching. It is trauma-informed, ethical, and built around clear scope-of-practice boundaries, covering preparation, navigating the experience, and integration afterward.

In practice, your coach asks guiding questions that help you decode your own experience. You stay in charge of the pace and of every decision.

Integration begins the moment you decide to attend a retreat. Preparation helps you understand your motivation and intention, and support continues after you return home. If you attended long ago, you can start whenever you are ready.

There is no fixed timeline. Some guests feel settled within weeks, while others continue integrating for months. It depends on your experience, your circumstances, and the support you have.
